LOCATION: Protected Geographical Territory (Southern California)
EXPERIENCE: 3 years minimum
SALARY: Commission
DESCRIPTION:
A dream job for a saleperson would be to have a product that is easy to sell, where
there are abundant leads, residual income, the market is not saturated, and territory
is protected. Additionally, the DNA-PS has printed designs on celebrities and entertainers
becoming the leader in digital/custom nail designs for the entertainment industry.
As a Nouveau Nails Sales Representative, you will not only gain the prestige but
will reap the financial rewards as we branch across the USA.
The cosmetic industry is fun, exciting, and often fast paced. Selling innovation
like the DNA-PS and related associated accesories makes selling in the cosmetic
industry not only lucrative, but exciting. The product inspires an "AWE" and "OOOH"
reaction every time. There are over 14,000 nail salons in Southern California alone,
and the DNA-PS is the best in its class. Its award winning features are patented
internationally for its computer design and printing procedure.
The spa and beauty industry has generated in excess of 20 billion dollars in the
United States alone in 2006. Nail art has been in demand, but in short supply due
to the challenge of finding manicurists that are also artists. The limitations by
the air-brush and hand-painted art methods also made it costly and time consuming,
but now that technology has made perfect art easy, fast, and relatively inexpensive,
nail art will no longer be in short supply. Any and every salon can offer this service.
As a Nouveau Nails representative, the pay is excellent and there are great ways
to generate residual income through leasing the DNA-PS. If you are a talented, confident,
and creative saleperson, we are looking for you. Join the Nouveau Nails family,
where we are building a solid company around beauty and technology.
Qualifications:
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Your goal will be to create new opportunities for the Nouveau Nails System and related
products throughout your territory. Your ability to educate new customers on the
functions, abilities, and benefits of the DNA-PS will determine the longevity of
your success.
3-5 years of outside sales with a proven track record, outstanding communication
skills, a willingness to travel in your region and a desire to succeed.
Independent sales experience preferred.
Compensation:
The Independent Sales Representative is an independent position that receives commission
on all sales of the Nouveau Nails System within the geographical territory.
A draw against the commission will be negotiated based on the candidate's experience
and qualifications.
